Bay Search Group is a professional recruiting firm with a history of successful searches ranging from CEOs to highly specialized engineers.  We rely on our extensive contacts through years of experience and our long-time membership in National Personnel Associates, NPA, www.npaworldwide.com, a worldwide association of recruiters.

We accept searches we feel we can fill.  Our goal is to provide our client companies with a selection of qualified candidates from which to choose for each opening.  This is often difficult in times of tight supply of experienced and skilled managerial and technical talent.  Our search resources include: NPA, LinkedIn, Boolean searches on the Internet and, the most effective, calling our long time friends and clients for referrals.

We do our best to prepare both the candidate and client for their interviews.  The candidate goes into a meeting with a potential employer fully prepared with a job description and an itinerary.  The candidate has visited the client’s web site and is familiar with the business, its products and markets.  The client has the candidate’s résumé and a cover letter which explains the why he or she has been submitted for the opening.  We provide any required information for follow up interviews and handle the negotiable terms of employment.  We refer both client and candidate to relocation service providers if needed and follow up after the employee start.

Recruiting is a service business and we do our best to provide a comfortable path for both client and candidate through the process.
